Metallurgical enterprise founded in 1979.
The plant specializes in the production of pumps for hydraulic transport - slurry, slag, water, sewer and semi-submersible pumps, as well as pumping units with various types of drives. The material of the working bodies of the pumps is wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron.
Today PFMF is the largest manufacturer of wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron pumps in Europe.
The total number of employees is 420 people. The capacity of the foundry is 3,000 tons per year. The area of industrial premises is 22,000 m².
The plant has a closed cycle of design and production of pumps and installations:
- design department;
- foundry department;
- shop of mechanical processing;
- thermal department;
- assembly and aggregation department;
- service branch.
Thanks to our own facilities, at all stages of design, production and service, we are able to provide each client with an individual approach and promptly respond to any client request.
Today, the plant produces pumps from 2" to 28" in suction (from 40 m³/hour to 19,000 m³/hour).
Within this size range, the plant can solve any hydrotransport problem - from site visits to set a task, design of a hydrotransport system with the selection of pumps, engines, pipelines, the manufacture of pumping units, their installation, and ending with the launch of the hydrotransport system and its subsequent maintenance.
In terms of the quality of wear-resistant cast irons and pump assemblies, the plant competes very successfully with the world's leading manufacturers - Warman, GIW, Krebs, Metso, and the lower price makes our offer uniquely profitable. The plant has ISO 9000 and CE certificates.
The plant provides all pumps and units with warranty service, as well as post-warranty service, supply of spare parts, repair or service at the request of the client.
We only sell what we make ourselves!
